Purpose
These are the general rules for KYNG CUP tennis and padel tournaments. The details published for an individual tournament, including its format, schedule and venue information, apply alongside these rules and take priority if there is a difference.
Registration
Registration is for complete pairs. Please provide accurate and up-to-date details for both players. Sending an application does not by itself guarantee a place; the KYNG CUP team confirms participation after reviewing the application.
Your partner
The person submitting the application confirms that their partner knows about the registration and agrees to the use of their contact details for organising the tournament.
Attendance & schedule
Players should arrive on time and follow the schedule and court instructions communicated by the organisers. Please tell the team as early as possible if your pair cannot take part or needs to withdraw.
Match format & results
The match format, scoring and draw are announced for each tournament. Organisers and appointed officials manage the schedule and record results; their decisions on the event operation and results apply during the tournament.
Fair play
Treat opponents, partners, officials, venue staff and spectators with respect. Harassment, abusive behaviour, cheating or conduct that makes the event unsafe may lead to removal from the tournament.
Changes
KYNG CUP may make reasonable changes to the schedule, courts or format when needed for weather, safety, venue availability or the smooth running of the event. Any important change will be communicated to registered players.
